At DrivePlayIn, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Warranty & Returns Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and included items must be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the product back.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returning products may be the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged through misuse or improper installation.
- Products modified by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
3. 2-Year Warranty
All products sold by DrivePlayIn are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European Union consumer protection laws.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage (unless specifically advertised as waterproof)
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
4. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos when requested
Once the claim is reviewed, DrivePlayIn may choose to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a partial or full refund where applicable
